    238 On MacOS there is usually no gfortran installed. You can install it using the ports of Linux software from Fink or MacPorts. Likewise, you can install OpenMPI. Then setting PDAF_ARCH=osx_gfortran or PDAF_ARCH=osx_gfortran_openmpi should work to compile the test cases.
