     238On Mac OS-X there is usually no gfortran installed. You can install it using the ports of Linux software from Fink or MacPorts. Likewise, you can install OpenMPI. Then setting PDAF_ARCH=osx_gfortran or PDAF_ARCH=osx_gfortran_openmpi should work to compile the test cases.
